The room had a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, tiny refrigerator, and coffee maker. The view of the mountains from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool area was fun for the kids with slides. There was a hot tub for relaxing. Breakfast had made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit.

breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains, unique architectural features with glass elevators, convenient trolley service to downtown
Outdated room decor needs modernization!!! !!! Parking fees feel excessive!!! The pool area could use more seating for guests!!! Confusion around housekeeping requests could be improved!!!

The Park Vista is the kind of place where the moment you step into the lobby, you feel like you're on a luxurious mountain retreat—just add some cozy blankets and a fireplace, and you've got a Hallmark movie. The views from the balcony are so breathtaking, even the clouds look like they're on vacation. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was a feast fit for a champion, featuring made-to-order omelets that could make a chicken shed a happy tear.

The food at the hotel restaurant was top-notch, with some grilled seafood that danced on my taste buds! gotta shout out those delicious cookies at check-in and the stunning views of the mountains that make you feel like you’re on top of the world. Plus, that indoor pool area is perfect for families with kiddos!
The pool situation was a bit sketchy—think black and grey slime floating about. Not the most inviting scene!

Recently stayed at the Doubletree By Hilton while on a work trip, and I was pleasantly surprised. The view from my room was breathtaking, with a lovely sunrise over the mountains. The spacious room was well-appointed and quiet, providing a comfortable environment to work. The business center was equipped with everything needed for my presentation, and the staff promptly assisted with any technical issues. Additionally, the dining options were impressive, with a breakfast buffet featuring fresh pastries and a selection of local dishes.
Some areas could use modern updates.
